June 2, 2020Dear Customers, Suppliers, and Employee-Owners,
The novel Coronavirus, better known as COVID-19, has become a household word. Although we do not fully understand its future within our company nor the economy, we do understand and support those that are battling the virus on the front lines. Osborne is working to keep its business safe and steady to support any and all business as the many economies continue to re-open around the world.
We encourage our workforce to observe CDC and local best practices to reduce infection and potential contamination of themselves and others. This is all of our responsibility since we are “all in this together.” This virus has proven to be unpredictable and damaging to the livelihood of many people and Osborne will strive to assist those in need to work against these difficulties.
Osborne management regularly monitors the latest CDC guidelines, State and local health official recommendations, and other procedures and practices to keep our workforce and production facility operational. We have adopted a Pandemic Plan that will assist our company, should this virus become active in our workspace. We are here to help in any situation and will do everything to meet your needs.
The future is uncertain, but one thing that is certain and that is this is truly an unprecedented time period in our country’s history. However, the battle is long from over and Osborne management is prepared for any second wave that may occur.
Please remain safe and healthy. Practice good hygiene and distancing as necessary. Encourage one another to remain calm and exercise best practices in everything. We can all be successful as we work together through this uncertain time.
Warmest Regards,
George R. Eakin, President & CEO
